I'm sure you'll have some questions you want answers too... Let's see if we can read your mind.

(Q) Can I mix and match my the items I receive using the point system?

(A) Yes, if you'd rather not have a video game for example let us know in the order notes.

 

(Q) Can I request items from specific toy brands?

(A) Due to the amount of boxes sold and our every changing inventory this isn't something we can promise. However, if you have a special request please note it in the order notes and we'll try our best.

 

(Q) I received an unopened pack of trading cards with gum in, can I eat it?

(A) We're not going to tell you what you can and can't do... but don't eat it!

 

 

(Q) Can I cancel my subscription and how do I go about doing it?

(A) We're sorry you want to cancel your subscription... let us know why. You can do so in the login section. If you chose to defer a subscription box to skip a month you can do this too once logged in.

 

 

(Q) So I've made payment, when should I expect to receive my box?

(A) We try our best to dispatch our boxes within three working days of payment being made. Using Royal Mail UK customers can expect it to take 2-3 working days from dispatch; customers from anywhere else in the world can expect 5-7 working days from dispatch.

 

(Q) I can help advertise your box on social media/blog/YouTube etc - can I have a free box?

(A) Get in touch... we only send out free boxes when the unboxing will reach a large audience.
